Since 1995, the WTBA World Championships have been using Kegel equipment, chemicals, and technical staff during their events. Chris Chartrand, Kegel President, and Kevin Dornberger, WTBA President, have now joined together to extend their partnership for an additional three years.

Chartrand shares, "We are extremely pleased to continue our relationship with the WTBA as the official lane maintenance provider for their events. It's a natural partnership because Kegel is so deeply entrenched in the sport of bowling, and the WTBA events are the pinnacle for the sport of bowling worldwide."

Kegel will provide lane maintenance equipment and suppliers for five WTBA World Championship events over the next three years. The next WTBA World Championship event will be the World Women's Championships to take place in Hong Kong from September 1 to September 12, 2011.

This will be followed by the World Youth Championships in 2012, the combined World Men's and Women's Championships in 2013, and World Youth and World Men's Championships in 2014.

"Kegel's lane maintenance equipment and extensive experience make them the perfect choice for our events. We can be confident that our lanes are taken care of to the highest level of fairness and integrity," says Dornberger.
