QubicaAMF announces TV transmission times for 2009 World Cup

    2009BWCChoiYongKyu4.jpg2009BWCCarolineLagrange2.jpgQubicaAMF Bowling World Cup Manager Anne-Marie Board has announced the TV transmission times for the stepladder finals of the 45th QubicaAMF Bowling World Cup which was held at Melaka International Bowling Center in Melaka, Malaysia from Nov. 13-20, 2009.

    The men's show will feature No. 1 seed Choi Yong-Kyu (pictured left) from Korea, No. 2 seed Michael Schmidt, Canada and No. 3 seed Ryan Lalisang, Indonesia. The women's final will feature No. 1 seed Caroline Lagrange (right), Canada, No. 2 seed Siti Safiyah Amirah, Malaysia, and No. 3 seed Zara Giles, England.

    Eurosport2Logo_small.jpgThe semifinal and final matches will be shown in Europe on Eurosport 2 on Thursday, Dec. 10 at 22:15 CET and on Thursday, Dec. 17 at 21:15 GMT.

    Repeat broadcasts of the semifinal will be shown on Dec. 11 at 11:30, Dec. 12 at 18:00, Dec. 14 at 22:45 and Dec. 16 at 15:45 CET. The final will be rebroadcasted Dec. 18 at 15:30, Dec. 19 at 18:00 and Dec 26 at 14:00 CET.

    ESPN China, ESPN India, ESPN Malaysia, ESPN Philippines, ESPN Southeast Asia, ESPN Southeast Asia NPL, ESPN Taiwan, STAR Sports China, STAR Sports Hong Kong, and STAR Sports Taiwan will air the World Cup from Dec. 10, 2009 through Jan. 31, 2010.
