Court of Arbitration for Sports makes decision on Nathan claim

P.S. Nathan 3.jpg As earlier reported, former WTBA President and Malaysian Tenpin Bowling Congress President, P.S. Nathan (pictured), has sued the FIQ at the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland. Heikki Sarso from Finland, the incumbent WTBA President, has informed us that he has received an arbitral award from the arbitrator, but it doesn't contain a decision but an advice or opinion of the arbitrator.

Former WTBA President P.S. Nathan sues the FIQ

Claim will cost the organization thousands of Dollars

"Our costs at the moment are about 20.000 Euro (approx. US$26,000)", said Heikki Sarso from Finland (pictured right), the incumbent WTBA President.
