Jenn Boisselle, Chris Bardol claim Intercollegiate Singles Championships titles

AMF Euless Lanes in Euless, Texas, United States (May 17-18, 2010)

2010ISCJennBoisselleChrisBardol_small.jpgChristopher Bardol of Robert Morris (Ill.) and Jenn Boisselleof Central Florida each won five matches on Tuesday to claim titles at the USBC Intercollegiate Singles Championships held at AMF Euless Lanes. Bardol was the No. 12 qualifier in the men's field while Boisselle was the No. 13 qualifier for the women. Bardol beat Sean Rangel of William Penn, 3-1, in the men's title match while Boisselle edged Central Florida teammate Samantha Macina, 3-2, to capture the title.

Santiago, Wyandt lead after Day One at USBC Intercollegiate Singles Championships

2010ISCRyanWyandtJessicaSantiago_small.jpgJessica Santiago of Webber International and Ryan Wyandt of Penn State-Berks were the top qualifiers during Monday's USBC Intercollegiate Singles Championships being held at AMF Euless Lanes in Euless, Texas. Santiago, who rolled a 300 game in the last game of qualifying, led the 16-player women's field with a 2,449 total (204.08 average). Wyandt had a total pinfall of 2,487 (207.25 average) to lead the men's 16-player division. All participants advance to Tuesday's single-elimination match play bracket.

Top collegiate bowlers to battle for titles at Intercollegiate Singles Championship

USBCISCLogo_small.jpgThirty-two of the nation's top collegiate bowlers will be at AMF Euless Lanes in Euless, Texas, starting Monday to compete for national titles at the United States Bowling Congress Intercollegiate Singles Championship. The participants will bowl 16 qualifying games on Monday, May 17, to determine the single-elimination match-play bracket. On Tuesday, May 18, match play will consist of best-of-five games until a champion is determined.

Field set for Intercollegiate Singles Championships

USBCcollegiateLogo_small.jpgTwo-time Team USA member John Szczerbinski of Wichita State and women's regular season average leader Jenn Boisselle of Central Florida were among the players who qualified Friday for the 2010 United States Bowling Congress Intercollegiate Singles Championships. The USBC Intercollegiate Singles Championships, which will be held May 17-18 at AMF Euless Lanes in Euless, Texas, features 32 of the top male and female collegiate bowlers in the country competing for national titles.
